Gary called this morning. He asked me to add one thing I left out.

What the post couldn't show you

Your Cholesterol Keeps Climbing.
Here's the Part Your Doctor Never Explained.

Not a summary of what you just read. The one thing that made me throw the prescription away.

You've read about Gary. Six years. Perfect numbers. And something coming apart underneath.

You know why the number alone doesn't tell the whole story. You know about the 80 percent — and why neither diet nor statins touch the reabsorption loop.

What I didn't include is why I threw the prescription away the same night I watched the video — not after reading about it.

The part I held back

Reading about a mechanism and seeing it demonstrated are two completely different things.

I read everything my wife found. Three nights of research. Cambridge journals. Okinawa studies. I understood the biology.

I still almost filled the prescription the next morning.

Then I watched the video.

There's a section — roughly twelve minutes in — where they show exactly what happens inside the intestine when the bile-binding fiber is present versus when it isn't.

Not described. Shown.

That was the moment I walked upstairs, found the prescription on the counter, and threw it away. I can't put that in a post. You have to see it.

P.S. — Gary asked me to pass this along: "Don't do what I did for six years. Watch the video first."
